Order Entry

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Order Entry Clerk. As an Order Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders into our system. This is a full-time position.

Duties:

• Monitoring of email
• Entry of orders
• Customer service
• Filing
• Various office duties
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain accurate customer records

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail with proficiency in data entry
• Ability to transcribe data accurately and efficiently
• Basic math skills for calculating quantities, etc.
• Familiarity with databases and ability to navigate computerized systems
• Organizational skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
