Summary of position:

The Warehouse Associate at Corporate Dining Concepts is essential for the efficient operation of our food distribution process. This role involves accurately picking, packing, and preparing food products for delivery while ensuring high standards of quality and safety. The associate will assist with inventory management and collaborate with team members to meet customer needs in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills, excellent customer service, and adherence to safety protocols are essential for success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Accurately pick, pack, and prepare food products for delivery according to customer orders, ensuring all items meet quality standards. Assist with receiving, labeling, and organizing incoming stock; maintain accurate inventory records and assist in periodic inventory audits. Conduct regular quality checks on food products to ensure compliance with safety standards and freshness, reporting any issues to supervisors. Safely load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring that products are handled with care and stored appropriately. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, including disposal of expired products. Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified), and assist with equipment maintenance as needed. Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment, including proper lifting techniques and personal protective equipment (PPE) use. Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operations, participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvements. Identify and address any operational challenges or discrepancies in orders, communicating effectively with supervisors to resolve issues promptly. Occasionally interact with clients during deliveries or pickups, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries professionally. Assist in training new warehouse staff, sharing best practices and ensuring they understand safety protocols and operational procedures.

Job Requirements/ Qualifications:
