This position offers on-demand, one-day shifts that may vary week to week based on business needs. Candidates should be flexible, reliable, and comfortable adapting to changing schedules with short notice. You will receive the necessary training and tools to perform your tasks effectively while adhering to company policies Responsibilities Receive and Inspect Shipments

• Unload and inspect incoming goods to ensure they match order specifications and are free of damage. Inventory Management
• Organize products in designated storage locations to maintain efficient inventory flow, conducting regular stock checks and cycle counts. Order Fulfillment
• Accurately pick, pack, and label items for shipment, ensuring all orders are complete and correctly processed. Shipping Preparation
• Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring products are securely packed and ready for transportation while meeting shipping deadlines. Warehouse Organization
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse by following safety protocols, proper storage guidelines, and keeping aisles clear for efficient workflow. Operate Warehouse Equipment
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks, to move items throughout the warehouse. Quality Control
• Ensure all products are in good condition before they are shipped and report any damaged or defective items to management. Team Collaboration
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational goals, meet productivity standards, and maintain a positive work environment. Training
• Receive company-provided training to support your role and ensure safety compliance.

Requirements Ability to follow structured schedules and comply with company policies. Willingness to receive training and take direction from supervisors. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Compliance with safety regulations and company guidelines. Previous warehouse or inventory experience is preferred but not required.
