Packaging & Fulfillment Associate

DC Startup LLC is hiring Packaging & Fulfillment Associates for our growing manufacturing and warehouse operation in Little Rock, AR. We are looking for dependable team members who take pride in accuracy, consistency, and staying organized in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Package products according to company standards Label and organize products accurately and efficiently Verify product counts, quality, and consistency Track daily packaging totals and report discrepancies Organize inventory and curing product batches Prepare products for shipment and fulfillment Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow PPE, food safety, and sanitation procedures Assist with additional warehouse and cleaning tasks as needed Qualifications Packaging, warehouse, production, or food handling experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently Dependable attendance and punctuality required Ability to work independently and stay productive Positive attitude and willingness to learn Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Frequent repetitive hand movements Ability to lift and move products as needed Comfortable working in a warehouse environment Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, and reaching Ability to lift up to 55 lbs What We Offer Weekly pay Stable Monday-Friday schedule Small team environment Long-term advancement opportunities Entry-level opportunity with on-the-job training

Pay:
