Industrial Springdale, AR 1st Shift $16.66/Hour Job Details Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inspector Packer to join their production team in Springdale, AR. This role is responsible for inspecting parts for quality, verifying specifications, and properly packaging finished products for shipment. The Inspector Packer plays a key role in ensuring customers receive accurate, defect-free parts that meet all required standards. The ideal candidate for the Inspector Packer position will have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions carefully, and a commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards. This is a team-focused role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where accuracy and consistency are essential. Key Responsibilities Follow all safety rules while handling and packing parts Inspect parts against blueprints to ensure customer requirements are met Read work orders to verify correct gauges and specifications are being used Create and apply labels identifying correct part numbers and packing quantities Visually inspect parts for defects, burns, and damage Pack finished parts according to company standards and customer requirements Lift and move boxes weighing up to 35 lbs as needed Work with team members to meet production quotas and goals Maintain a clean and organized work area Report any safety concerns or quality issues immediately Follow all company policies and procedures (duties may change as needed) Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects Ability to read work orders and follow instructions accurately Basic measurement and inspection skills preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Team-oriented with good communication skills Commitment to safety and quality standards
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs Ability to stand for extended periods during shift Repetitive hand and visual inspection tasks
