• Job Description
• + Pick and pack products using pick-to-light module and simple counting skills + Perform repetitive bending and twisting while adhering to workplace instructions + Meet safety, quality, and production metrics while following 6S and BPS principles + Operate PIT equipment and RF Gun as required
• Qualifications
• + High school diploma or GED required.

+ Knowledge of various packaging methods and rigging experience, preferred. + Ability to read and follow written work instructions, diagrams, and quality standards. + Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. + Basic computer and inventory tracking knowledge a plus. + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods. + Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, quality, and workplace safety.

• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality; weekend work and overtime may be required as needed to meet customer and business demands.

S. base salary range for this full-time position is hourly $18.37 - $21.54.
