3rd Shift, 12:00PM - 8:30AM, Days off

Monday/Wednesday Starting Pay:

$18/hr What You'll Do (Day-to-Day) We are seeking an accurate, detail-oriented professional to join our production team. In this role, you will hold accountability for the final safety and quality checks of our products before they reach the customer.

Quality Control:

Accurately inspect, separate, and package all custom print and label products according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Shipping & Logistics:

Ensure all packages are accurately prepared and routed to the correct destination using our digital ERP system to log material and time.

Safety First:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, utilizing required PPE at all times.

Team Collaboration:

Actively support coworkers and adjust to shifting production priorities to help the department meet critical delivery deadlines. Qualifications What You Bring (Requirements) High school diploma or GED equivalent. Strong attention to detail with a "zero-defect" mindset for evaluating quality tolerances. Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to punctuality. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift. Strong color vision and close-range visual acuity. Flexibility to work overtime or alternative shifts as production demands change. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
