A successful packager pays attention detail and works efficiently and rapidly. The job position requires a self-starter attitude and a will for self-motivation every shift. This is an extremely fast-paced, high-production work environment. The position requires an attention to detail and the ability to work quickly with your hands to package one of the finest products that is hitting the market today.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to work well in a group setting or be independently proactive.
• Ability to complete repetitive tasks for long periods of time.
• Ability to follow instructions and use discernment when needed to complete tasks.
• Must be able to use tools/utensils to handle product.
• Complete Daily Tasks Lists.
• Ability to stand/kneel/bend down for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work beyond a 10-hour shift and work overtime when necessary.
• Ability to sit for hours at a time and focus on tasks at hand.
• Open availability—able to work weekends.
• Ability to multiply and use math to aid in job duties that require counting exact numbers.
• Taking pride in a job well done and always looking to improve skill sets.
• Assemble, package, and label company products.
• Have a keen eye for product presentation, appearance, and overall aesthetics.
• Cleanliness and organizational skills are highly desired.
• Strong work ethic, passionate, and hard working.

EDUCATION

• Ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent is required.
