Duties Operate popcorn production machinery, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes Assist with the preparation and setup of packaging lines, ensuring all materials are ready for use Monitor production for quality control, adhering to FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance Conduct assembly tasks related to packaging, ensuring products are correctly filled, sealed, labeled, and packed for shipment Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area, following safety protocols and GMP guidelines Support inventory management by accurately recording production data and assisting with stock counts in the warehouse Skills Knowledge of FDA regulations and standards relevant to food production environments Experience with food production and packaging processes within a food service setting Ability to follow detailed recipies and instructions and safety procedures diligently Basic understanding of assembly techniques and troubleshooting skills This role offers an engaging environment where your contributions directly impact product quality and customer satisfaction.
