The Parts Picker/Dispatcher will fill in as a Parts Driver as needed and will drive company vehicles to deliver parts in the local area to our customers and conduct vehicle safety inspections. Most importantly and without exception, our Dispatcher must insist the drivers always operate within the legal speed limits and in a safe fashion at all times. The Parts Picker will support the parts department by putting stock away and maintaining good housekeeping for the department and supporting the dispatcher as needed. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, a clean driving record, good computer skills, strong communication and customer service skills, and good organizational skills. Candidates must be able to drive a variety of vehicles in varied weather and road conditions and safely lift 50 pounds independently. Responsibilities Pulls parts from wholesale orders for delivery Works with a diverse team Organizes and dispatches the parts drivers run to be most efficient and delivers excellent customer service Ensures safe and on-time delivery of parts to the dealership using company vehicles and following all company procedures and standards Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures Maintains cleanliness of vehicles and performs routine maintenance tasks Obeys posted speed limits at all times and all other rules of the road Completes any reports or logs Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Experience working with a team One year of parts knowledge A clean driving record for last three years Must be able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds as needed Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress Safety and customer service oriented Good computer skills Company Description Become a member of a winning team that offers growth opportunities, excellent earning potential, and leadership that fosters engaged team members.
