Operate packaging machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently to package finished cookies for distribution. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards. Follow all safety protocols related to manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse operations. Assist in inventory management by accurately recording product quantities and ensuring proper storage conditions. Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements for efficiency and quality. Experience Prior experience in manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of FDA regulations and CGMP standards ensures compliance with food safety requirements. Strong assembly skills support the precise packaging of products in a high-volume setting.
