About the Role We are hiring reliable, detail-oriented team members to join our production team at a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role where you will be expected to stay focused, follow instructions, and maintain high standards throughout your shift. You will be part of a team responsible for producing and packaging our products efficiently while maintaining strict food safety and quality standards. This is a full-time, entry-level position with opportunities for advancement for high performers. 90-day trial period will be used to evaluate your performance. Requirements (Read Carefully) You must be comfortable standing for the entire shift You must be comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods You must be able to follow instructions precisely and consistently You must be able to work in a structured, rules-based environment You must be reliable and show up ready to work every day Work Environment Expectations This is a fast-paced production environment No phones or headphones are allowed on the production floor Strict food safety (GMP) standards must be followed at all times You will be expected to stay on task and maintain focus throughout your shift What You'll Do Process, sort, and package products Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation Follow all safety and hygiene protocols Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals What You Bring Experience in a warehouse or food production environment is a plus, but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail Consistent work ethic and reliability Ability to work efficiently in a team setting What Success Looks Like You show up on time and ready to work You follow instructions without constant supervision You maintain consistent output throughout your shift You contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient work environment Apply Today Send your resume and a short note about your experience.
