At Manresa Bread, we are proud to produce high-quality artisan breads and pastries for our own retail stores and wholesale partners. We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Packer to join our team and help ensure our products are delivered accurately and with care. Job Summary Attention to detail is critical to this position . The Bakery Packer is responsible for organizing, sorting, and packing all baked goods—such as breads, pastries, cookies, and other items—for delivery to our wholesale customers and store locations . This position plays a key role in maintaining quality and accuracy in the final stage of production. Key Responsibilities Organize and separate finished products by order and destination Accurately pack items into boxes, trays, or crates according to packing sheets Double-check orders to ensure the correct product types and quantities Label and prepare packaging for delivery or store distribution Communicate with production and delivery teams to resolve discrepancies Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe packing area Follow all food handling and safety guidelines Qualifications Prior experience in a bakery or food production environment is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to follow packing lists precisely Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift and move boxes (up to 50 lbs) Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and evening/overnight shifts Reliable, punctual, and organized
