Responsibilities:

Scanning Documents Data Entry Working with Microsoft programs Process billing documents/invoices Process production reports Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments. Respond to emails relating to customer shipments and issues Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards.

Requirements:

Ability to perform repetitive tasks Detail Oriented. Team player.

• Must be reliable, punctual and able to follow directions.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work environment.
• Available to work overtime
