You will ensure every product meets our "zero-defect" standard through meticulous inspection, assembly, and packaging.

What You'll Do (Day-to-Day)

Precision Assembly:

Accurately inspect, separate, and package label products according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Quality Control:

Maintain high-quality standards by identifying printing or laminating errors before they reach the customer.

Logistics Support:

Use ERP systems to log materials and ensure shipments are directed to the correct locations.

Safety & Organization:

Maintain a clean, safe workspace and utilize required PPE.QualificationsWho You Are (Requirements)

Technical Basics:

High school diploma/GED; ability to read measurements and follow complex instruction manuals.

Physical Ability:

Comfortable standing for full shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Shift:

Saturday-Wednesday, 10PM - 6:30AMThe hourly rate for this position is $17.05 - $22.73 / hour The hiring wage rate range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting. Actual salaries will vary within the range. In some circumstances, this may be above or below the range (based on various factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant skills, experience, education and training, location, as well as the job scope and complexity, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel required for the position).
