Our team is committed to accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a Packaging Assistant to support our daily fulfillment operations. Job Summary The Packaging Assistant is responsible for preparing products for shipment by packaging, labeling, and inspecting items according to company standards. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Package products securely and accurately for shipment. Inspect items to ensure quality and order accuracy before packaging. Apply shipping labels and prepare necessary documentation. Assemble boxes, containers, and packaging materials as needed. Sort and organize products for efficient processing and shipment. Assist with preparing customer orders according to company procedures. Maintain packaging supplies and notify supervisors when inventory is low. Keep workstations and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe. Follow company safety guidelines and quality standards. Support warehouse and fulfillment operations with additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
