Ability to work safely and ensure the safety of self and team members. Ability to read a measuring tape, perform basic math, and interpret production data. Ability to communicate effectively and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand and move for extended periods in a fast-paced environment. Ability to adapt to working conditions with moving machinery, moderate to loud noise, and varying temperatures or humidity. Basic computer and web browser skills (login, password updates, navigation, application use).
