Job Description

Job description: SkillSetGroup is seeking Hand Assembly Leads to work in the Irvine, CA area. This position will be a hands on lead position maintain quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate can support daily production operations, update google sheets and assist with quality checks. The ideal candidate has both great communication skills in person and through email. This will be a 1st shift opportunity.
Job Title:
Hand Assembly Lead Pay range: $19.00/hour
Shift:
1st Shift 8am-430pm +
OT Position Summary:
Support hand assembly production activities while maintaining quality, accuracy, and workflow efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Support daily hand assembly production operations Scan barcodes and update Google Sheets Assist with quality checks and workflow organization Communicate updates via email or chat Follow production priorities and deadlines Maintain clean and organized work areas
