Picker/packers process and fulfill orders from our warehouse in Irvine. Picker/packers are responsible for verifying orders, pulling product off shelves, and packaging the orders for shipment. They will also be responsible for carrying out periodic inventory checks to ensure that product quantities and received inventory is accurate. In addition, they are expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, restocking products, quality assurance and other necessary miscellaneous tasks. You will work underneath a supervising manager that will assign daily tasks in order to get all orders placed through our company's website shipped in a timely manner. Experience with picking and packing, and general knowledge of shipping and receiving is expected!

Responsibilities:

Accurately prepare and complete customer orders for delivery in a timely manner (pick, package, label, ship) Receive and process newly delivered merchandise (unload, sort, put away) Loading packages onto Postal truck for delivery Keep a clean, organized, and safe working environment Identify and report any discrepancies Perform inventory control checks and maintain quality assurance Work closely with customer service on questions relating to orders and provide status reports Perform other warehouse-related duties and tasks as assigned to support daily operations and meet business needs.

Qualifications:

MUST HAVE PICKING/PACKING EXPERIENCE WITHIN LAST YEAR

Must have a sense of urgency, and possess ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Capable of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift. Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs. regularly
