Essential Responsibilities Include but Not Limited ToInspects and audits all incoming produce and slotted produce itemsVerifies packaging, labeling, lot coding of all produce/ food items received.
Validates pre-shipment review.
Perform daily ATP swabs to verify sanitationUnderstands and follows material hold release programEffectively uses Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS for inter-department communication.
Follows GMP's at all timesTeam Member of the Safety TeamQualificationsCore Knowledge/SkillsCommunicate effectively upstream and downstream with TMsCommitment to qualityStrong attention to detail and accuracy in record keepingHACCP TrainedRequired Skills and ExperienceAbility to work in refrigerated environment, 35 - 45 degreesProven experience in produce quality and shelf lifeProven experience using standup and or sit down forklift and pallet jack equipmentAbility to work without direct supervision and to prioritize activities under pressureAbility to multitask in fast-paced environmentAbility to actively engage in continuous improvement activitiesAbility to pass pre-employment drug testAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.

$24.00 - $25.00 hourly dependent on experiencePotential 90-day performance-based raiseYearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenureJob DescriptionSchedule Day schedule, must be available for work on holidays and SaturdaysThe RoleThe purpose of this position is to verify products and processes during daily dock receiving and ensure compliance to company standards and specifications. Utilizes forklift to slot and move products as necessary.
