• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Ginseng Processing Associate to join our team. This role involves preparing raw ginseng roots for packaging through trimming, cleaning, and quality inspection. The ideal candidate is a team player who is self-motivated, safety-conscious, and able to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and care.
• Spanish and/or Cantonese language, preferred.

• Responsibilities:

• + Trim and process raw ginseng roots using electric or manual shears + Inspect roots for quality, removing defects and ensuring product standards are met + Follow proper handling and sanitation procedures at all stages of processing + Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals + Rotate between tasks as needed within the processing workflow + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area + Properly handle and store tools and equipment before, during, and after use •

Qualifications:

• + Ability to sit for extended periods while performing repetitive hand tasks + Comfortable using hand tools such as shears (training provided) + Strong attention to detail and consistency in work + Safety-focused mindset and willingness to follow procedures + Ability to work well in a team environment + Self-motivated and dependable + Flexible and willing to assist in different areas as needed + Basic English communication skills preferred + Spanish and/or Cantonese language skills are a plus •

Physical Requirements:

• + Prolonged sitting and repetitive hand movements + Ability to handle and trim ginseng roots for extended periods + Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.

• Pay Details:

• $18.
