Warehouse Order Picker

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Picker to join our dynamic distribution team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment, ensuring timely order fulfillment and maintaining high standards of quality control. Your expertise in warehouse management systems and heavy equipment operation will contribute to the smooth flow of warehouse distribution operations. Responsibilities Efficiently pick orders using RF scanners and order picker equipment to meet daily targets Operate reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment safely to load and unload materials Manage stock levels through accurate stocking, inventory checks, and replenishment activities Prepare products for shipping by packaging items securely and verifying order accuracy through quality control procedures Assist with shipping & receiving processes, including documentation and tracking of inbound and outbound shipments Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety standards and warehouse procedures Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow, improve processes, and ensure timely order fulfillment Experience Previous warehouse experience with a focus on order picking, packing, and materials handling preferred Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks is highly desirable Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for inventory control and order processing Knowledge of shipping & receiving protocols, quality control standards, and warehouse safety regulations Mechanical knowledge or experience operating mechanical tools is a plus Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Warehouse supervisor experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution processes is beneficial Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in warehouse operations! Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
