Warehouse Picker/Packer

Our client, a product fulfillment and distribution company, is looking for a Warehouse Pick/Packer to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and processing orders using a Warehouse Management System while maintaining inventory accuracy and meeting daily production quotas in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Use WMS and RF scanners to locate items, pick exact quantities, and meet daily processing quotas Inspect goods for damage and securely package items into boxes or containers Print and apply correct shipping labels to all outbound packages Log product locations and shipment statuses in the WMS to keep inventory and tracking databases up to date Safely move materials using pallet jacks or other manual/mechanical equipment Sort products and assist with inventory counts as needΩΩed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times

Requirements:

Prior experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF barcode scanners Basic computer and software proficiency required Bilingual required Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in picking and packing to prevent shipping errors Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40-50 lbs for extended periods Strong time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and quality standards

Pay Rate:

$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday through Friday with occasional overtime and weekend availability required
