8:00 PM•4:30 AM (Graveyard) Sunday•Thursday Job Overview Employnet is seeking reliable and hardworking Case Pickers to join our cold storage warehouse team. This role involves working in freezer and cooler environments, picking frozen meat products, and operating an electric pallet jack using a voice pick (headset) system. This is a graveyard shift position, scheduled from 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick cases of frozen meat products (up to 75 lbs) using a voice-picking headset system Operate an electric pallet jack (EPJ) safely and efficiently Locate and retrieve items from designated freezer and cooler storage areas Verify product quantities and inspect for quality before staging for shipment Use scanning technology and voice systems to track inventory and order completion Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and general warehouse duties as needed Follow all safety procedures and cold storage guidelines at all times Work Environment Work takes place in freezer and refrigerated warehouse environments Exposure to cold temperatures for extended periods (appropriate PPE provided) Fast-paced, physically demanding setting Qualifications Ability to lift up to 75 lbs consistently throughout the shift Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods Comfortable working in cold/freezer conditions Experience operating an electric pallet jack required Familiarity with voice picking or RF scanners is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic
