About Us:
We are a specialized fulfillment provider in the collectible card industry, creating premium, custom mystery boxes (known as "slab repacks") exclusively for livestream sellers. Our product involves certified, graded, and highly valuable graded cards that require the utmost care in handling and assembly. Precision, security, and meticulous attention to detail are the core values of our operation.
Position Summary:
The Luxury Collectible Fulfillment Specialist is a highly trusted and detail-oriented position responsible for the secure, accurate, and careful assembly of custom, high-value collectible mystery boxes. This role requires exceptional manual dexterity, an unwavering commitment to quality control, and a deep respect for high-value merchandise. The integrity of our product and the trust of our clients rely entirely on the accuracy and security of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Meticulous Handling of High-Value Items:
Handle expensive, certified (slabbed) collectible cards with extreme care to prevent any damage (e.g., dropping, scratching, marring). Items are often fragile and non-replaceable. Custom Mystery Box Assembly (Repack Creation): Accurately select, verify, and place specific collectible slabs and other box components into custom boxes according to detailed packing lists/manifests. Ensure zero error rate in component selection—the correct items must go into the correct boxes.
Protective Packaging and Sealing:
Carefully wrap or secure the assembled boxes in sleeves, shrink wrap, or other protective layers to prepare them for shipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workspace dedicated to the assembly process.
Quality Control and Security:
Conduct final quality checks on all outgoing boxes to ensure 100% accuracy against the master list and professional presentation. Adhere strictly to all company security protocols and extensive systems designed to prevent and detect theft.

Proven ability to follow complex instructions and packing lists with absolute accuracy, recognizing the critical importance of a zero-error environment.
High Manual Dexterity & Fine Motor Skills:
Demonstrated ability to carefully and safely handle small, fragile, and high-value objects.
Trust and Integrity:
A spotless record and a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards. Candidates must pass a rigorous background check.
Reliability:
Dependable and punctual, recognizing the time-sensitive nature of fulfillment deadlines. Experience (Preferred, Not Required): Previous experience in fulfillment, assembly, quality control, or handling fragile/valuable items (e.g., jewelry, electronics, lab work, collectible card grading/shipping). High school diploma or equivalent.
Pay:
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
