Immediate About Us Designs By Deekay is a 30+ year wholesale distributor of spiritual wellness products — incense, sage, crystals, candles, essential oils, and smudge goods — supplying metaphysical boutiques, gift shops, yoga studios, and wellness retailers across the U.S. What You'll Do As an Order Picker, you're the person who turns an order on a screen into a box that goes out the door correctly and on time. Day to day, you will: Pick orders accurately from the Racks. Verify product, quantity, and SKU before packing Pack orders securely with appropriate dunnage to prevent damage in transit Apply shipping labels and stage cartons for UPS, USPS, and LTL pickup Replenish pick locations from bulk storage as needed Keep your aisle clean, organized, and safe — we run a tight ship Help receive and put away inbound containers when scheduled Flag low stock, damaged product, or location errors to the warehouse lead What We're Looking For Reliable attendance — this is the #1 thing for us Comfort reading pick lists and scanning barcodes accurately Attention to detail — wrong item or wrong count costs us a customer Ability to work at a steady pace without sacrificing accuracy Team-friendly attitude; willing to help where needed Basic English reading and number recognition Nice to Have (Not Required) Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or e-commerce shipping experience Forklift or pallet jack experience Bilingual English / Spanish Physical Requirements Stand, walk, bend, and reach for the full shift Lift up to 50 lbs regularly; occasionally team-lift heavier items Climb step ladders to access higher pick locations Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (warm in summer, cool in winter) What We Offer Competitive hourly pay with regular reviews Overtime opportunities during peak season (Sept
