Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Picker/Packer, where your energy and precision will drive our order fulfillment process! In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality at every step. Duties Pack products securely using appropriate materials handling techniques to prevent damage during transit. Load and unload shipments efficiently, ensuring timely processing of incoming and outgoing goods. Assist with shipping & receiving processes by verifying inventory counts and documenting movements. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards and safety protocols. Support warehouse management by participating in inventory counts, cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies. Requirements Prior experience in warehouse distribution or materials handling is highly preferred. Knowledge of warehouse safety standards including OSHA regulations. Mechanical aptitude or basic mechanical knowledge is a plus. Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and shipping & receiving procedures. Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently and work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in construction or warehouse supervisor roles is advantageous but not required.
