Long Term Opportunity & Excellent Employee Benefits A food company in San Clemente is looking for a Warehouse Associate with Forklift and Shipping & Receiving experience. Responsibilities include expedient pulling of finished goods and raw materials for production and shipping. Put finished goods and raw materials away while providing documentation of product movement to ensure warehouse location accuracy. Inventory verification occurs through daily or weekly cycle counts. Employee will load and unload trucks when necessary, maintain an organized and clean warehouse to ensure a safe working environment, communicate with the Warehouse Lead to prioritize items needed out of production. This is a temp-to-hire position and the hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30AM to 4PM, with possible overtime. The starting pay is $21/hour.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

Must have forklift experience, both sit-down and stand-up. Certification is a plus. Computer skills are a plus. Must have the flexibility to switch tasks and departments as needed. High school diploma or GED completion required. Reliable, predictable attendance is required. Must be physically able to wear a respirator. Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds Employee must have no food allergies.

Compensation / Pay

Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $21.00 Per Hour
