Overview We are seeking a dedicated warehouse picker/packer to join our shipping and receiving team. This role is essential in ensuring accurate and efficient handling of shipping and receiving operations, picking and packing orders daily and supporting our warehouse distribution processes. The ideal candidate will bring warehouse experience and a strong work ethic to support our operation. Responsibilities Prepare and process outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in packaging and documentation Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders using warehouse management systems Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely for load and unload activities Fulfill Order picking and packing processes to meet customer specifications and delivery deadlines Maintain accurate inventory records within warehouse management team. Assist with stock replenishment, stocking, and organization within the warehouse environment Utilize basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities during order fulfillment Light assembly when needed Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all warehouse operations Requirements Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes Hands-on experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks Experience with shipping & receiving procedures in an e-commerce or distribution setting Ability to perform order picking & packing efficiently while maintaining accuracy Basic math skills for inventory counting and measurement tasks Strong understanding of stock management, order fulfillment, and packaging standards Valid certification for forklift operation is preferred but not mandatory If you are organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to a dynamic warehouse environment, we encourage you to apply today.
