Job Description
Overview Join the SLLET Solutions team as a Warehouse Packer in San Jose. We are a local installation and asset logistics company seeking a proactive and detail oriented member to handle the final staging, secure packaging, and inventory kitting of commercial assets before they are dispatched. In this vital role, your mechanical aptitude and packing skills will ensure our fixtures arrive safely and keep operations running continuously. Responsibilities Safely pack, label and prepare commercial fixtures and components for outbound transit to installation sites. Efficiently stage and organize outbound orders using scanners and other material handling tools such as a forklift or pallet jack. Manage receiving and dispatch processes by verifying incoming logistics inventory and keeping digital records. Assist with essential material handling tasks including loading, unloading, stocking and staging the floor. Conduct quality control checks on packed kits to ensure no components are missing or damaged before being sent out. Support the local warehouse team in maintaining a clean, safe and organized environment. Requirements Proven experience in a warehouse, packing, shipping or logistics setting. Familiarity with inventory tracking systems, scanner usage and shipping and receiving procedures Mechanical aptitude and confidence with operating basic material handling equipment. Stamina and the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Strong communication skills and dependability. Dedication to workplace safety and following company protocols.
