We're looking for Packaging Line Associates who like to move, hustle, and make every box count. Requirements:

Previous manufacturing, packaging, or production experience preferred Pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or cGMP-regulated environment experience helpful Understanding of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) preferred Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently after training and as part of a team Ability to adapt to multiple packaging lines and production assignments

Job Duties:

Operate and support packaging lines for powders, tablets, and capsules Set up packaging lines according to production schedules and Line Lead assignments Work with packaging equipment including cappers, bottling systems, cotton inserters, desiccant equipment, neckbanders, and palletizing equipment Clean and prepare packaging equipment and work areas between production runs Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality and compliance standards are met Complete production and packaging documentation accurately Follow cGMP guidelines and company quality procedures Assist with packing, labeling, palletizing, and other production activities as needed Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
