Preroll Packaging Associate Cannabis Industry

About the Role We are seeking a focused and dependable Preroll Packaging Associate to join our evening team. This is a small, 3-person crew responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our preroll production line. You'll be directly involved in quality checking prerolls, packaging them into tubes and master cases, and labeling them for compliance and distribution. Responsibilities Perform quality control checks on prerolls after machine rolling to ensure accuracy and consistency Package prerolls into tubes and organize them into master cases Apply labels accurately and efficiently to finished products and cases Maintain focus and consistency in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks Stay organized and avoid distractions to keep production flowing smoothly Communicate clearly with your teammate and supervisors regarding any issues or discrepancies Follow all compliance, safety, and sanitation procedures Qualifications Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot QC issues quickly Highly focused and able to stay on-task without getting distracted Comfortable working in a small team environment (just two people per shift) Dependable and punctual Prior packaging or cannabis experience preferred, but not required Schedule Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:30

From $18.50 per hour
