Trimmer/Packing

Come join the Kanaplya team! Kanaplya is in immediate need of trimmers and packagers. We are growing quickly so there could be opportunity for advancement. We prefer to promote from within. This is a part-time to full time, working Monday through Friday from 8am-4pm. Additional hours or alternate schedule may be required from time to time.

Position Summary:

Responsible for weighing and packaging various forms of cannabis flower and as well as trimming various forms of cannabis flower.

Performance Requirements:

Ability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently, within an assembly line and individually, with minimal oversight. Ability to consistently communicate with peers and supervisors in a supportive and positive manner conducive to the culture and core values of the company. Must be punctual, and prepared to work a set schedule Ability to maintain high standards in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment. Ability to collect and record accurate production data and use basic arithmetic to make calculations. Knowledge of cannabis strains, and ability to identify contaminants. Must have a high level of organization, patience, and flexibility. Lift 30lbs Self starter

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Experience in medical cannabis industry highly desirable, but not required.
