Stock Picker/Packer (Warehouse Associate)

W2 Contract
  • 12 Month with possibility for extensions
Pay Rate:
$17.00

96/hour (determined by experience, paid weekly)

  • Friday | 7:00 AM

PM Overtime:
Must be available to work overtime, including holidays and weekends as required

Role Overview:
BEPC is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling operations in Temecula, CA. This role is responsible for preparing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring materials are processed efficiently in a fast-paced team environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in warehouse operations, using RF scanners and computer systems, and supporting daily distribution activities while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform shipping and receiving activities within warehouse operations Prepare and package customer orders according to established procedures and shipping requirements Utilize RF scanners and warehouse computer systems to process inventory and shipments Process orders using SAP systems Label and meter packages using various freight systems Perform material handling and inventory control activities to maintain inventory accuracy Receive, organize, and store incoming materials within the warehouse Prepare pick lists and package materials according to shipping specifications Support daily warehouse and distribution preparation activities Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Follow company policies and procedures related to: Quality Management Systems (QMS) Environmental Health Systems (EHS) Safety compliance Support operational goals within a fast-paced warehouse environment Work collaboratively with warehouse teams and independently as needed
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred 1-3 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or material handling experience preferred Experience using: RF scanners Warehouse computer systems SAP systems preferred Basic computer skills required Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Ability to work overtime, including holidays and weekends as required Ability to work both independently and within a team setting Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP experience preferred Experience working within regulated manufacturing or warehouse environments Familiarity with inventory control and distribution processes
Work Environment:
This is a fully onsite warehouse position requiring frequent standing, walking, lifting, packaging, and material handling throughout the shift. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced team-oriented warehouse environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
