Paid first Lunch As a Lid packer, you will: The Lid Line Packer has three main functions: Quality Control, HACCP, and Packing lids into boxes for shipment. The employee will achieve quality control by two means. The fist by observation of the product and reporting any production difficulties to the Lid Line Operator. The second by performing a variety of quality control tests/checks every hour beginning at the start of the shift and continuing throughout the work shift. A. Communicate with Packers going off shift regarding information pertaining to difficulties, delays in production, or quality issues (Pass Down) B. Perform Quality Control checks on the products every hour. Perform Gauge Test and Lid Fit Test first 15 minutes of the hour. Calculate and Record quality control results on the Packer Quality Check Off List

C. HACCP

- review product for physical, biological and chemical hazards D. Pack plastic lids into sleeves and packed into cardboard boxes. Lids are measured for correct count and packed into a plastic sleeve. Sleeve of lids are packed into cardboard boxes Packer will stamp filled box with their individual packer number Rotate packing line lane assignment every hour and perform Quality Control Tests This is a Full-Time Temp to Hire opportunity.

Hours:

12am-8am, subject to weekends and overtime.

Overtime:

8pm-8am or 12am-12pm The ideal candidate will have: 1+ years of recent manufacturing experience

Pay Rate:
