We pride ourselves on quality, consistency, and teamwork, and we're looking for dependable, energetic people to join our kitchen crew! Overview We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Food Packers to join our production team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in the food manufacturing industry to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided to ensure you succeed in your role. The ideal candidate is reliable, able to work efficiently, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Duties Carefully pack food products into designated containers or packaging materials according to company standards Inspect products for quality, freshness, and proper labeling before packing Ensure that all packaging is sealed securely and accurately labeled Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area to meet safety and sanitation standards Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment as required Assist with inventory counts and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment Ability to follow instructions carefully and adhere to safety guidelines Prior experience in food production or packaging is a plus but not necessary; training will be provided Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role Time management skills and ability to work efficiently during busy hours
