Role Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate loading of outbound shipments, handling materials efficiently, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You'll play a key part in meeting daily shipping goals by working collaboratively and reliably within our logistics operations. RESPONSIBILITESLoad and unload trucks accurately and efficiently, ensuring shipments are complete and on timeSafely lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly, including above shoulder height and below the waistFollow daily loading schedules and work orders to meet delivery timelinesVerify product quantities and conditions against shipping documentsOperate pallet jacks, dollies, and other basic material handling equipmentMaintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping areaCollaborate with team members to ensure efficient loading operations and flow of materialsIdentify and report any shipping discrepancies or damaged goodsSupport inventory counts and documentation as neededAssist with general warehouse duties and cross-training opportunitiesQualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong ability to interpret technical information and perform mathematical operations including fractions and decimals.

Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.

Demonstrated ability to lead peers, manage workflows, and maintain a high standard of quality.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive task environment with attention to detail and safety.

Requirements:

18+ years old & High School degree or GED strongly preferred. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.

Language Skills:

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to perform general mathematic calculations including but not limited to addition, subtraction, multiplication, fractions, percentages, and divisionSome positions may require advanced mathematics

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to perform work instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form a must. In addition, the ability to solve problems, which involve multiple variables in a standard situation, is required

Work Environment:

The employee may be required to enter areas that are near moving mechanical parts, with occasional exposure to hazardous chemicals, and extreme cold or heatThe noise level in the work environment is considered moderate, and may require the use of hearing protectionThe employee will be required to utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when accessing certain manufacturing areas: hard hat, gloves, welding jacket or weld bibs, safety glasses, welding hood and earplugs

 3010 Ramco St #100 W. Sacramento, CA 95691The US base pay range for this full-time position is $19.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
