Job Description

Hiring Entry-Level Hand Coilers on Multiple Shifts Position Summary We are looking for a dependable and detail-focused individual to join our production team as a Hand Coiler. This entry-level position involves manually shaping small steel bands in a fast-paced, repetitive environment. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a structured setting, and can maintain consistent quality throughout their shift. Shift Availability & Pay 1st

  • 6:30 AM — $22.
00/hour Key Responsibilities Manually coil small steel bands (approximately 8 inches in length) into uniform circular shapes Lock and secure each coil by applying proper tension and counter-directional pulling techniques Package finished coils into bags and prepare boxed products for shipment Ensure consistent output and adherence to quality standards during production Follow established procedures, work instructions, and production guidelines Inspect small components to verify they meet quality and visual standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Comply with all safety regulations and company policies Required Qualifications Ability to handle and visually inspect small parts for extended periods Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with attention to detail and accuracy Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills Ability to remain seated for approximately 90% of the workday Dependable, with the ability to follow instructions and maintain consistency Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or similar environments Background in packaging, packing, or general labor roles Flexibility to work any assigned shift Willingness to participate in a brief virtual (video) interview Work Environment Indoor manufacturing facility within a dedicated hand coiling department Primarily seated workstation throughout the shift Repetitive tasks with an emphasis on steady productivity and accuracy Clean, organized, and safety-oriented workspace Standard manufacturing attire required; safety equipment provided as needed Why Join Our Team? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.50
  • $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
