Pay:

$20.00•$22.00/HOUR Position Overview We are seeking Packing Floaters (Pack Operators) to join a fast-paced and growing production team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, team collaboration, and a dynamic environment w responsibilities rotate throughout the shift. In this position, you will support multiple production lines to ensure products are assembled, inspected, and packaged according to quality standards. Key Responsibilities Pull finished product from an overhead conveyor system Assist with light assembly tasks as needed (e.g., installing shelves or doors) Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Package products according to work instructions Support multiple production lines to maintain workflow and efficiency Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals Work Environment Team-based production lines with 5-13 employees per line Rotating tasks throughout the shift to reduce repetitive motion Fast-paced, production-driven environment Physical Requirements Ability to lift 10-30 lbs regularly (team lift required for heavier items) Ability to stand and remain active for up to 10-hour shifts Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Qualifications Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail andmitment to quality Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic What We're Looking For We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals who are ready to contribute to a high-performing team. Pay Details:
