Warehouse Picker Masis Staffing Solutions is hiring Warehouse Pickers to accurately select customer orders from warehouse inventory and prepare items for shipment. This role plays a key part in ensuring orders are fulfilled correctly, efficiently, and on time in a fast-paced distribution environment. Key Responsibilities Pick customer orders from warehouse locations based on pick tickets, RF scanners, or system-generated lists Ensure all items are selected accurately in terms of quantity, product type, and condition Transport picked items to designated packing or staging areas using an Electric Pallet Jack Use warehouse equipment (such as pallet jacks or scanners) safely and properly after training Verify inventory locations and report discrepancies or shortages to supervisors Maintain accuracy and productivity standards set by the warehouse Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Assist with additional warehouse tasks as needed, including replenishment and inventory counts Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Basic math and reading comprehension skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or overnight shifts if required Work Environment Warehouse/distribution center setting Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift Fast-paced, production-driven environment with performance expectations Masis Staffing is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
