In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality at every step. Responsibilities Accurately pick items using order picker equipment and RF scanners to fulfill customer orders efficiently Pack products securely, ensuring proper packaging materials are used to prevent damage during transit Load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other heavy equipment safely and effectively Manage shipping and receiving processes, verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation Maintain inventory accuracy by stocking shelves properly and conducting regular stock checks within the warehouse management system Perform quality control checks to ensure all items meet company standards before dispatching Assist with warehouse organization, including load & unload operations, stock replenishment, and maintaining a clean workspace Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations such as picking & packing, shipping & receiving, or warehouse distribution Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and order picker equipment Ability to operate heavy machinery including forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and mechanical handling tools (certification preferred) Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and repetitive tasks throughout the shift Mechanical knowledge or experience operating heavy equipment is highly desirable Prior warehouse supervisor experience or leadership skills are a plus for potential advancement opportunities Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and quality control processes Join us today to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering excellence through efficient warehouse practices!
