In this role, you will be the face of our customer service, the final quality-control champion at our packing station, and a creative eye behind our local social media content. Customer Service & Order Management Warm Hospitality:
Greet every walk-in guest instantly with a welcoming attitude, turning first-time visitors into lifelong regulars. Accurate Order Taking:
Efficiently handle phone orders and walk-in requests, paying close attention to specific customer preferences and modifications. POS & Cash Handling:
Master our Point of Sale (POS) system to input orders accurately, handle cash and credit transactions securely, and keep the front counter line moving smoothly. Drive Business Growth:
Actively suggest menu additions, current specials, or drinks to maximize order sizes. 2. Packing Logistics & Quality Assurance The Final Quality Check:
Inspect every single order before it leaves the kitchen to ensure pizzas are perfectly baked, sliced correctly, and match the ticket exactly. Strategic Packaging:
Pack orders efficiently so hot items stay piping hot, cold items stay cold, and all necessary side dipping sauces, utensils, and napkins are neatly included. Delivery Platform Coordination:
Organize and verify orders for our in-house delivery team to ensure seamless, error-free pickups. 3. Social Media & Local Engagement Content Capture:
Spot visually stunning menu items as they hit the packing station and capture clean, well-lit photos and video clips. Short-Form Video Creation:
Film quick, authentic, high-energy behind-the-scenes clips, food reveals, or packing videos that can be used for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts to drive local engagement. Brand Advocate:
Enthusiastically encourage satisfied customers to leave 5-star online reviews or tag us in their own social media posts to boost our local search visibility. 4. Front-of-House Ownership Lobby Maintenance:
Keep the front counter, menus, napkin stations, and pickup areas impeccably clean, sanitized, and fully stocked. Team Communication:
Maintain clear, positive communication with the kitchen staff regarding order volumes and special requests to prevent bottlenecks. Job Requirements Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills. Strong basic math skills and experience handling cash/digital payments. Comfortable using a smartphone to capture high-quality, stable video clips and photos. Familiarity with short-form video formats (Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts). A positive, high-energy attitude and a strong work ethic. Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
