Full Time Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker/Packer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring orders are fulfilled correctly, efficiently, and on time while maintaining high quality standards. Key Responsibilities Pick products accurately from inventory based on order sheets or system-generated pick lists Carefully pack items to ensure safe transit and proper presentation upon delivery Verify order accuracy, including item type, quantity, and condition Label and prepare packages for shipment using shipping software and carriers Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and organization Follow company procedures for handling products and order fulfillment Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets Qualifications Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or picking/packing experience preferred but not required Ability to read and follow instructions, pick lists, and shipping labels Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Basic computer skills (experience with shipping software is a plus) Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks Preferred Skills Experience with shipping platforms such as ShipStation Familiarity with inventory systems Experience handling live plants or fragile items Why Join Us Fast-paced, growing company Team-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Employee discounts on products
