Part-Time Order Packing & Fulfillment Assistant (Detail-Oriented, Contractor)

Full Job Description We're a woman-owned small business based in Boca Raton, FL that creates dainty, minimalist fidget jewelry designed to help people stay calm, grounded, and focused. We're looking for a friendly, reliable person to join us as a Warehouse & Fulfillment Assistant and help our day-to-day operations run smoothly. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work with a growing startup and be part of a small business from the ground up. You'll play an important role in making sure every order is packed beautifully, shipped quickly, and our inventory stays organized. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who loves organization, enjoys detail-oriented work, and takes pride in getting things done right. What you'll do: Pack and ship online orders with care and accuracy Receive, organize, and keep track of inventory Check jewelry for quality and separate any damaged items Handle returns and exchanges Keep the workspace tidy, organized, and easy to navigate Follow simple systems and procedures to keep things running smoothly Who we're looking for: Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Comfortable with hands-on, repetitive tasks Able to follow instructions and work independently Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, or order tracking) 1 year of experience in retail, warehouse, or operations preferred (but not required)

Education:

high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Hours & pay: Part-time, flexible schedule (approximately 10-15 hours/week) In-person (West Boca) Contractor position with room to grow as the business expands

Pay:
