Production & Packaging Associate Custom Wedding & Event Signage

This role involves consistent physical activity and lifting and is best suited for someone comfortable with hands-on work. Production & Packaging Associate•Custom Wedding & Event Signage We are a growing brand specializing in high-end, custom wedding and event signage, including oversized realtor key signs and /faux/natural stone pieces. Our products are designed to be both meaningful and visually elevated, and we take pride in craftsmanship, detail, and presentation. We're looking for a dependable, hands-on team member to support our production and packaging process. This is a full-time role in an active workshop environment and is best suited for someone who enjoys physical work and takes pride in creating quality products.

What You'll Do:

Assist in the production of custom signage using UV printers and workshop tools Prepare and package finished pieces with care to ensure a premium customer experience Handle and move materials, including large signage and stone pieces Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Perform quality checks to ensure each order meets our standards Support day-to-day workshop operations

What We're Looking For:

Comfortable with physical work, including lifting 25-50 lbs regularly Reliable, punctual, and consistent Strong attention to detail and care in handling products Able to stay focused and productive in a fast-paced environment Takes pride in doing things the right way, not the fastest way Previous experience in production, warehouse, or hands-on roles is a plus About the

Role:

This is not a desk position. You'll be on your feet, working with your hands, and helping bring custom pieces to life from start to finish. The work is straightforward but requires care, consistency, and attention to detail.

Part-time or Full-time 7:30AM•4:00PM $17•$22 per hour
