Warehouse Picker/Packer Packaging Facility

We seek a detail-oriented, reliable, and hardworking Picker & Packer to join our seed packaging team. This role is crucial in ensuring our seed sets are accurately assembled and properly organized in our warehouse. The Picker & Packer will select the correct seed bags, assemble them into designated sets, and return materials to the appropriate storage locations. This position requires strict adherence to picking plans and KPIs to maintain efficiency and accuracy in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick individual seed bags based on seed set lists with accuracy and attention to detail. Assemble seed sets according to specific product requirements. Ensure all selected items match the order list to maintain quality and accuracy. Return bins with unused seed bags to their correct locations in the warehouse. Follow warehouse organization protocols to maintain proper inventory placement. Work closely with the warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth operations. Follow daily picking plans and meet assigned KPIs for accuracy, speed, and efficiency. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Basic English skills required (must be able to read seed lists and follow instructions). Strong attention to detail and accuracy - ensuring the correct seed bags are picked and placed. Ability to follow structured picking plans and meet performance KPIs. Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic organizational skills to maintain proper warehouse inventory placement. Ability to stand, walk, and lift lightweight seed bags for extended periods. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
