Climate‑Controlled Manufacturing Facility Position Overview We are seeking a detail‑oriented Manufacturing Associate to support assembly and verification operations within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role focuses on component verification, cable labeling updates, repackaging, and documentation. The work involves very repetitive manual processes and requires strong attention to detail and consistency. This position is ideal for candidates with previous manufacturing or warehouse experience who are comfortable following structured procedures and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Verify components and documentation for assemblies Update and replace cable labels according to established procedures Repackage items following manufacturing guidelines Perform repetitive manual processing with accuracy and consistency Complete required written documentation clearly and accurately Assist with inventory counts and material organization as needed Follow safety, quality, and productivity standards Required Skills & Qualifications Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or assembly experience Good written and verbal communication skills (documentation required) Ability to multitask and manage time productively Strong organizational skills with the ability to identify and prioritize workload Ability to stay focused while performing repetitive tasks Preferred Qualifications Assembly experience (helpful but not required) What We Offer Stable 1‑year contract with full‑time hours Clean, climate‑controlled manufacturing environment Supportive team culture Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Coral Springs, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
