In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing orders with precision, ensuring accurate packaging, and coordinating efficient shipping processes. Duties Carefully select and assemble products for shipment based on order specifications Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit Label packages accurately with shipping information and tracking details Operate packing equipment and shipping software to process outgoing orders efficiently Inspect packages for quality assurance, ensuring all items are complete and correctly packed Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments until delivery confirmation Maintain a clean, organized packing station to promote safety and productivity Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights throughout the shift Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packing and labeling Good organizational skills to manage multiple orders simultaneously Basic understanding of shipping procedures and logistics terminology Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and carriers Prior experience in packing or shipping roles is a plus but not required; training will be provided Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality Join us in delivering excellence!
