Packaging Associate / General Laborer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Packaging Associate / General Laborer to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting our production and shipping operations. Additionally, the role will require occasional support in other departments as needed. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Packaging:

Pack products according to company standards and customer specifications Verify product quantities and inspect for defects or damage Label packages clearly and accurately Use packing materials and equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized packing area Work with the shipping department to meet daily and weekly fulfillment goals Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times Report inventory shortages or packaging issues to supervisors

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a production or labor-intensive environment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to lift and carry heavy materials as needed (up to 50 lbs. at times). Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Flexibility to assist in the retail store when necessary.

Additional Duties:

Assist with other tasks as required to support the production team and retail operations. Ensure that all work is completed efficiently and in compliance with safety standards.
