In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and correctly. Duties Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick items according to order specifications Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the warehouse Perform order fulfillment tasks including picking, packing, stocking, and labeling products for shipment Conduct quality control checks to ensure items meet safety and quality standards before dispatching Assist with shipping and receiving processes by loading and unloading trucks efficiently Maintain organized storage areas by stocking shelves and managing inventory levels using warehouse management systems Support warehouse distribution operations by adhering to safety protocols and optimizing workflow Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations, including order picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and materials handling Valid certification for forklift operation, reach truck driving, or other heavy equipment operation preferred Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for accurate inventory tracking Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment Prior experience in warehouse supervisor roles or overseeing warehouse processes is a plus Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for stock management and quality control Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards Join our team today!
